Shipment & Delivery

Delivery update – July 2021

You may receive your order at the address you choose (home, work, etc. - never at a post office box).

Please note that we can only send orders to a street address. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an Item due to incorrect address information.

Due to increased COVID-19 restrictions, we expect that some orders may take longer than planned to be delivered. We are working hard to reduce delays across our delivery network and apologise for any inconvenience.

You can see the latest status of your order by logging into your account and using the Track order option or alternatively use the tracking information provided by our local carriers.

What are your delivery options?

We only offer delivery service to Hong Kong SAR at this moment.

Can I deliver to a PO Box address?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Store Pick-up

What is Store Pick-up service?

Store Pick-up service provides you with a more convenient way to pick up your AMMA Wear online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is free of charge.

Will I receive notification once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation message from us at your ‘Inbox’. You will be notified via SMS once your package is ready for pick-up. Please pick up your package with the pick-up code you received from SMS.

What should I bring to pick up my order?

Please prepare your pick-up code and the mobile number you used to place the order for verification. When you arrive at the store, please ask our store staff to assist you with picking up your order.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have 14 calendar days to pick up your order after you receive a ready for pick up SMS, or else your order will be considered as a waiver and we will refund to you automatically. If you cannot pick up your order within 14 calendar days, you can get in touch with our customer service team by clicking the ‘Help Centre’ from the menu and request for extending the pick-up period to additional 7 calendar days. We may or may not offer to extend the pick-up services on a case by case basis.

What happens if I do not pick up my order?

If you cannot pick up your order within 14 days, your order will be considered as a waiver and we will refund to you automatically.
