Track & Trace
A tracking number will be given to you by e-mail once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.  You can use this tracking number to track delivery status at courier official web site.

Hong Kong Shipment
All Hong Kong orders below HK$500, courier charge HK$30 will be added.  
All Hong Kong orders over HK$500 (Except accessories & socks)  will be delivered by S.F. Express. We offer FREE courier service to Residential, Industrial & Commercial address, and FREE self pick up service at S.F. Express service centers / S.F. Stores.

Shipments deliver to Industrial & Commercial address require around 1-2 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipments deliver to Residential areas or those office address at remote areas require around 2-3 business days after orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

New Territories : Ma On Shan / Sai Kung / Sham Tseng / Tin Shui Wai / Tiu Keng Leng / Tseung Kwan O / Clear Water Bay / Shatin / Tai Po / Fanling / Sheung Shui / Yuen Long / Tuen Mun / Tai Wai and etc.
Hong Kong Island : Shek O / Stanley / Repulse Bay / Tai Tam / Deep Water Bay and etc.
Outlying Islands : Lantau Island (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chap Lap Kok [includes Hong Kong International Airport] / Hong Kong Disneyland / Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O) and etc. Ma Wan / Cheung Chau / Lamma Island / Peng Chau and etc.

Delivery Time
Courier will arrange delivery from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), 9:00a.m. – 18:00p.m. 

Macau Shipment 
We offer FREE door to door courier service to Macau customers once purchased over HK$1500 (Except accessories & socks).
If order is below HK$1500, you may choose to pay your delivery fee upon SF express courier service or pre-pay the courier charge based on the actual weight of parcel, it will be shown upon checkout. Shipments deliver to Macau require around 2 - 3 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.   

Mainland China
The courier charge is based on the actual weight of parcel, it will be shown upon checkout.

Shipments deliver to Mainland China require around 3 - 5 business days after orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.  

Other International Shipment
All oversea orders (except Mainland China/ Macau): The courier charge is based on the actual weight of parcel, it will be shown upon checkout.
After orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse, estimated delivery time 5 – 10 working days (except public holidays)
